Two Plum Park Community Plaza

We have submitted an application for a communtiy plaza in front of Two Plum Park. The plaza would take up the westside travel lane and provide a safety buffer for kids using the park. The plaza would have seating, a recycling station, free shelf, and a community hub station where kids could sell things.
